Apartment complex recycling?

I begin a recycling company in which they are specifically aimed at apartment complexes, condominiums and other multifamily dwellings. Yes, we offer the possibility of recycling for residents of the apt complexes, condominiums and housing. For each unit, providing containers, and we will choose the door to door. In some places, we will organize a very large tank, similar to their recycling bins. While recycling, reduce waste going to instead of their building managers do not need more containers, then I should not have any space problem in obtaining our containers recycling in their parking lot. Does anyone have any suggestion that funding, government benefits, marketing, operational procedures, etc? We already have a business plan and marketing. Just looking for ideas. I think it's great idea! I just read this article on this site in apartment buildings to go green "and it is so important" trend! "I'm not sure about financial problems for it, but I know that for marketing, you must go to the definition apartment communities and about the importance of this and the benefit their tenants or advertising in publications with apartment communities (as in the magazine rent). You could do the push (go to housing and communities to ask use its service) or the traction method (By advertising to consumers and asking them to tell your community / leasing office / management companies who want to "live green" offering). I know I jumped around my apartment complex! CONGRATULATIONS!
